Exporting to Datastream from Amadeus, Zephyr, etc.

Question: How do I export a list of companies from Amadeus or Zephyr to Datastream?

Answer: If you have a list of companies in Amadeus or a list of target companies in Zephyr, you have to set up an export format first.

• Click on Format at the bottom of the screen and Modify
• In Amadeus go to section Header and add ISIN number to the format
• In Zephyr go to section Stock data and add ISIN number to the format
• Save the format, and click OK
• Now you can export the list to Excel
• In the Excel export file you will see the column ISIN number
• If you select these ISIN numbers you can make a local list out of them in Datastream
• Datastream -- Tools - Create list from range
